What to include
Send your account email, Mac model, macOS version and FlowSense version (FlowSense › About FlowSense).
Don't send passwords, card details or raw traffic logs.
Install
Download FlowSense for Apple silicon, macOS 14 or later.
Installation and availability
Install FlowSense, then sign in with your account. Not available in the EU, the UK, Iceland, Liechtenstein or Norway yet.
License and Payments
Buy or find your license in your account.
Find a payment or receipt
Billing lists every payment. Stripe emails each receipt. Your card statement shows ARKATYPE INTELLIGENCE.
Move to Another Mac
A license covers 1 Mac.
Move your license
Remove the old Mac under Devices in your account, then sign in on the new one.
The old Mac loses paid features within 10 days at most. The app locks them at its next renewal, usually within a day.
Refunds
Ask within 30 days of paying for a full refund.
Request a refund
Follow the steps on the refunds page.
Delete Your Account
Email us from your account's address.
Before you delete
Deleting your account ends any license on it. If you paid in the last 30 days, ask for a refund first.
Your Data
See the privacy policy to request access, correction or deletion.
