Refunds

In effect from 29 October 2026.

If FlowSense isn't right for you, ask within 30 days of paying and we refund the full amount. You don't need to give a reason.

How to Ask

1. Email hani@arka-type.com from the email address of your FlowSense account, or tell us which address it is.
2. Include the date of the payment, or forward Stripe's receipt. On your card statement the payment shows as ARKATYPE INTELLIGENCE. Don't send card details.
3. We aim to refund the payment within 5 business days of your email, to the card you paid with, and reply to confirm. Your bank usually shows it 5 to 10 business days after that.

After 30 days we refund only where the law requires it.

What Happens to Your License

• The payment shows as Refunded under Billing in your account.
• Your Mac loses the paid features within 10 days at most: the app locks them at its next license renewal, usually within a day, and rules already in place stop when its license runs out. If you bought during your free trial, the trial runs to its end. FlowSense then works on the free view-only plan.
• A refunded account doesn't get a new free trial. You can buy again later, at the price at that time.

A partial refund, such as a goodwill credit, leaves your license in place.

Disputes

If you dispute the payment with your bank instead, the license ends in the same way as after a refund. Please email us first: a refund is quicker for you. If you withdraw the dispute, or it is decided in our favour, email us and we will restore your license.

Free Licenses

A license from a 100% discount code cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
